Whitepaper | Step 2: Setting up a project group and/or structure
Describing processes is not something that can be accommodated as part of “business as usual”, it requires focus and therefore naturally suits a project-based approach. When designing a project structure there are several things that are very important. Disregarding these means increasing the chances of the project failing.
In this second step, you must continue to be beware of the pitfalls we listed for the first step. They will probably gradually become easier to spot. It therefore continues to be important to make a number of things clear when setting up a project structure and to record these unambiguously. This way you will considerably reduce the chance of failure.
